Working Principle:

Introduction application

This machine is mainly used to break, homogenizing and emulsify fluid mixing materials (liquid mix liquid or liquid mix solid). It is the ideal machine to micromaching liquid for juice, milk, sugar, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and microbial industry.

Structure and characteristics

3. Drive system

The machine consists of horizontal type and vertical type. The drive system is composed of one-stage belt type and two-stage type with special speed reduction driving adopted three-plunger and multi-plunger respectively. Dynamic lubrication device consists of pressure oil pump lubricating system and auto-splash lubrication.
