After extensive tests of the separation process a lot of automobile suppliers use exclusively the depaneling machines of the NTM series for the separation of their prescored panel boards . The machines CWVC-3 / CWVC-2L / CWVC-450 / CWVC-480 / CWVC-330 / CWVC-400 / CWVC-200 use an infinitely variable sectional cut to depanel prescored panel boards in a gentle and clean way by avoiding damage to SMD components placed directly at the edges of the boards .

PCBs are separated by the CWVC-3 dual wedge-shaped knives in one gentle rocking motion that shears the panel along the score line, without stress or damage to the PCBs or components. Even when metalized circuit boards are processed – such as those populated with heat-generating LEDs that require heat-dissipating metal inner layers – this machine will easily make the cut.
