Summary of Sandwich Panel Production Line

Expandable Polystyrene Sandwich Panel Machine mainly consists of a
roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system.
Through this line, corrugated sandwich panels can be produced
directly, without the shortcoming that traditional corrugated
sandwich panels have to be laminated manually after the forming of
corrugated sheet. Moreover, both the roll forming machine and the
laminating system can work independently. The roll forming machine
of the line consists of feeding system, roll forming system and
cutting system, while the lamin ating system is made up of such
equipments as uncoiler, feeding, squeezing, gelatinizing, heating,
laminating, edge rolling, edge turn-over, groove-making, edge
pruning,
pneumatic device, automatic cutting and PLC. The whole machine
possesses advanced working crafts, merging mechanical and
electrical equipments into an organic whole. Annual production of
this line (eight ours a day) is about 600,000 square meters.

After sale service
1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.
2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.
3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
