Summary of Sandwich Panel Production Line

  1. This pu sandwich panel production line is an automatic production line.​
  2. In the PU sandwich paenl producing procedure, the product line can continuously produce sandwich panel with PU as its core material. The liquid state raw materials are continuously injected into the middle of two formed panels and reacting, foaming, solidifying in the double-beltl machine, furthermore, the PU sandwich panel could be cut out automatically according to the required length for users.
  3. The whole line is consisting of two decoilers, two film converers, cutting equipment, Two roll forming machines, one preheating, one PU foaming machine, one mobile injector, one double-belt laminator, one set of plastic blocks supporting corrugation skin, one hot-air circulator, one set of side chemical stopper, one automatic cutting machine, roller conveyor, steel platform, powered roller conveyor and auto control etc.

Expandable Polystyrene Sandwich Panel Machine mainly consists of a roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system. Through this line, corrugated sandwich panels can be produced directly, without the shortcoming that traditional corrugated sandwich panels have to be laminated manually after the forming of corrugated sheet. Moreover, both the roll forming machine and the laminating system can work independently. The roll forming machine of the line consists of feeding system, roll forming system and cutting system, while the lamin ating system is made up of such equipments as uncoiler, feeding, squeezing, gelatinizing, heating, laminating, edge rolling, edge turn-over, groove-making, edge pruning,
pneumatic device, automatic cutting and PLC. The whole machine possesses advanced working crafts, merging mechanical and electrical equipments into an organic whole. Annual production of this line (eight ours a day) is about 600,000 square meters.


Machine Features


  • Beautiful appearance, low noise, high efficiency
  • Multiple function: In addition to corrugated sandwich panels, this line can be used to produce simple corrugated sheets, and model SWL1222 & SWL1222-98 sandwich panels.
  • The transmission of the laminating system is achieved by worm and worm gear which make the laminating speed smooth and steady.
  • The line employs advanced PLC and sets the length and cuts the panel automatically.
  • The main body is welded with type “H” section steel as its material. The surface is treated by rotoblast.
  • Rollers of the laminating system are covered with rubber, which is advantageous to the protection of the surface color of galvanized sheets and makes the equipment laminate steadily.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
