Features
Usually for processing door corner, should cut off four corners of the sheet first, bend four
edges, welding the corners and grinding them then, the work wastes time, hard to dio and
pollute environment. our cover forming machine molds and different thickness and different
size door corner can be made.
cutt off corner of sheet metal is o longer needed. just pre-bending the sheet and put it into
corner froming machine then the corner can be made. thew corner and sheet are in solid
body and welding and polishing process is no longer needed. any size of door corner can
be made. the corner is smooth, good look and good rigidity.

Character:
the corner is made by rolling and shearing in the machine, no welding process is needed.
standard round corner radius are 4,6,8mm. special corners is also available by special mold
the froming process is easy to do. keep good coating of sheet and get good look corner.
for common material, forming height can be 10-15 times of sheet thickness. for easy tensile
matesial, forming height can be 15-20 times of sheet thickness.
many kinds of metal sheet corner can be processed. suitable for making door of electrical box,
switch boards cover,roaster door,case cover,dish tray etc.
