Description:

1. Advanced and reliable hydraulic drive system can select stroke automatically corresponding

to different thickness of metal sheet and is convenient to realize special process of louver,
blanking, etc. The punch is equipped with auto hydraulic overload protection device, and guarantees

consistent pressing force for quality products.
2. Index stations are of worm wheel structure with max. punching diameter of 88.9mm.
3. Imported pneumatic and hydraulic components guarantee reliability of the machine.
4. Centralized lubrication device provides lubricant oil to the desired points to reduce friction of pairing

elements for long machine life.
5. Tool station layout consists of A,B,C,D, which is convenient for the customer and save the tool cost.

The large lead ballscrew and linear guideway of high precision are equipped for driving.
The first-class CNC system with digital alternating servo motor ensures the precision.
The imported pneumatic, hydraulic and electric components ensure the perfect quality.
The inlay turret of high precision owns the long service life, and the customer can select the

numbers of stations between 24 and 32.
After the advanced process and heat treatment, the service life of the tooling has been extended

to a large extent.
Adopting worm-wheel and worm mechanism of high precision, the auto-index, whose max. Diameter

is 88.9, can be extended.
The integral structure of beam and carriage enhances the rigidity and precision; It also ensures
