The CNC sheet v grooving machine is a new low cost V Groover model. This entry-level V-Groover

was designed to enable smaller volume solid surface fabricator to profit from the v-grooving

method at a lower cost and smaller footprint.

It is designed to V-Groove various materials, stainless or mild steeel such as solid surface.

V-Folds to create a build-up front edge, cove back splash profile, scribe strip, dado for back

panel, double edge shelving etc. Other v-groove angles besides the standard 90 degrees can

easily be employed by changing the cutter head.

The automatic tape applicator is optional on this model to keep costs lower. A 220V-440V threee

phase power supply line and the small 60" x 30" footprint makes this machine appealing to every workshop from

small to large. The feeder moves the material over the flat table. The V-Groove is

being applied from above. Both linear as well as cross cuts up to 20" away from the movable

fence are possible. Set-up controls are Auto.

CNC V groove cutting Machine Performace:
V-Groover presents a cost & time saving alternative to the conventional method of 90 degree

or other angles corner production. Instead of cutting individual pieces and connecting them via

dowel, lamello or butt joint construction for a build-up front edge, a sheet of solid surface,

veneered or laminated MDF or particleboard material is fed into the machine face down.

Make the V shaped grooving before bending of sheet metal, the working parts
shall have edges and corners are distinct with correct and pretty appearance.
For the sheet metal after grooving, it can form special materials with complicated
shapes on the common bending machine. Automatic pneumatic clamping device
is used for sheet metal and servo motor is used for knifes.

production efficiency.

The BC05K series V groover is a thin sheet V GROOVING MACHINE made by our company is specially

used in top-grade architectural decoration industry, which consists of worktable, beam and

sliding framework. Back gauge (Y-axis) is equipped with servo motor, ball screw and liner guide. Pneumatic

clamp will hold plate move forward/backward with high accuracy. V-groove cutting

along the top beam (X - axis) is driven by inverter gear motor, cutting speed adjustable.

The blade holder up and down (Z-axis), depth of V-groove, is controlled by servo motor,

can reach high accuracy. Pneumatic front clamping system and spray cutting cooling system

can make the cutting slot even and smooth.

alloy cutter, max groove depth can be up to 1.2mm thickness. Cutting efficiency than conventional
