Main features of equipment:

3. Electric-driven lifting spray unit, it can stop at any position according to needs, so as to reduce the worker's labor intensity.

4. The rotating speeds of each gelatin skin roller and main shaft can be controlled independently by variable frequency speed regulation; the operator can adjust accordingly as needed.

5. The micro lubrication design is adopted; the lubricating oil quantity can be adjusted to minimum.

6. Optimized design of driving system reduces greatly the noise of whole equipment.

7. The opening of gelatin box is regulated accurately so that it is more convenient, prompt and exact for the adjustment of gelatin film thickness.

8. Automatic controlled air-cooling method id adopted for the cooling of gelatin skins, it can normally operate even in high humidity and high temperature conditions.

9. Air-cooling shaping design of capsule output area makes the shapes of capsule more beautiful.

10. The gelatin skin roller, oil rolling system and mould are designed in parallel; it solves thoroughly the problems of gelatin skin deviation.

11. Rectangular spout design makes the forming of suspension liquid soft capsule more beautiful.

12. The electric control system adopts PLC and touch screen techniques, as a result, the operating boundary is simple and clear, and the operating process is more shortcut.

Packing&Shipping

We pack the whole machine with wooden case and pack the softgel die roll and paintball die roll with standard boxes. We ship the whole line of macine by ocean through the freight agent.
