Main Structure of mechanical press brake

The frame is steel plate welded construction with high strength and good rigidity.
Frame
The structure of machine is combined with the left and right side frames, worktable, oil tank.

The worktable is seated at the bottom of left & right side frames, not only for improving the

strength and rigidity of machine, but also increase the heat radiation area of oil for normal

working of the hydraulic system.
Ram Mechanism
The ram is made from a integral plate and is connected together with the piston rod in oil

cylinder,which is fixed on the left and right side frame to make piston rod driving ram moving

up and down through hydraulic system. In order to ensure the accurate positioning of the ram

at the upper and bottom dead point, and displayed on the counter, when the right and left

mechanical stop nut are not same height, you can adjust it as following procedure: at first to

take the right coupling off, then rotate the handwheel in specified direction to adjust ram untill

the both side mechanical nuts keep same height. The ram has been regulated when delivery,

user don’t need to adjust.
