Material is PVC, best production range is Φ 16-Φ 63mm. It has the advantage of high capacity, simple operation, high degree automation, automatic fault alarm and simple maintenance, long working time, adopts ABB inverter and RKC temperature controller.

Description:

1. PVC PE PP PPR Plastic Pipe Extrusion Extruder Machine is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc. as well as PVC pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.

2. Process Flow:

Raw material+additive→mixing→conveying feeding→force feeding→conical double screw extruder→one mold two pipes mould→calibrator→double spray vacuum cablibration tank→ink printer→double belt haul-off→double uplift cutter→double pipe rack→finished product inspecting and packing.

3. PVC Pipe machine is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters (from 16-630mm)and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. It is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating and cooling tank, haul off unit, cut off unit and stacker. The unit is of the reliable performance and high production efficiency.
