Auto controller can automatically adjusts the output of the controller according to the needs of the tension control, to obtain a constant tension or taper tension.It can be divided into the feedback type and calculation type and synchronous tension control type according to the principle of control settlement ,

A. Feedback type auto tension controller

Feedback type automatic tension controller directly use the tension sensor detecting coil material tension, and feedback to the controller with measure tension, and compare to the controller setted tension (aim tension), compared the difference after internal controller PID arithmetic, automatically adjust the controller's output current (voltage) to the magnetic powder clutch, brake, or inverter, servo motor drive, until themeasured tension equal to the setted tension, to achieve constant tension or precision taper tension control, so feedback type tension controller control mode is a kind of closed loop tension control.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 1-3 days. For powder clutch, powder brake which need about 3-5days.

5. What is the term of delivery?

We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
