Production Introduction:
ZL23 set of fiber filter rod forming machine is consists of YL13 loose gluing machine and
YL23 filter rod forming machine. It take cellulose acetate tows or polypropylene tows as raw material, after air loosing,thread loosing,gluing,involution,side-seal,forming and cutting, formed equilong filter tipping rod which meet the high-speed adapter request.
Opener applied with three-level air opening,two-level thread roller opening to completely stretch,loose,spread and gluing uniformity, and the forming machine take high-precision spiral bevel gear and paralleling short shaft driving, single tool rod cutting, to make sure filter rod’s length has small error. Opium pipe use unitary and hot melt adhesive side sealing, making it easy for adjustment and operation, and reliable for splicing. The rod cutting blade applied with automatically cut feeding,automatically sharpen, to make the filter rod notch smooth and flattening.
ZL23 set of unit applied with PLC control, frequency conversion, automatically adapting paper, with complete functions and high degree of automation, all kinds of parameter digitization demonstrated, easy for operation, and wide scope for raw material, it is the perfect medium speed filter rod forming equipment.

After the equipment arrived at the customer’s site, customers are responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment in reference to the placement drawing or under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of our staffs are decided at last.
2. How about the "Quality Assurance"
We are responsible for the faults and damages of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc.The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
3.How about the Warranty?
