BCS-50M Valve Bag Packing Machine owns several Patents, which cover the feeding system, feeding speed adjusting system, and precision guarantee system. This machine gives you a stable, high speed and high precision use experience.

1.Energy Conservation: Electric power is 60W, save about 98% electric power than normal type. Compressed Air consumption is 0.1 m3 / minute, lower about 50% than normal type.

2.Long working life: Due to use low air press control technology to transfer the material, there is no any friction between the mechanical parts. The working life is about 20~50 times than the normal type.

3.No leakage: Environment friendly design. Due to use the low pressure air pulse material flue control technology, the powder leakage is very small.

4.High precision: Use micro-computer weighing controller to do the whole dosing weighing process. Due the material flow force is very small, this machine is easy to use, easy to operation and easy to adjust.

5.Heavy duty and high stable: Use high-end cylinder, air operated valve and electric parts, which make sure the quality and heavy duty working ability.
