Brief Introduction:
1.This is a Semi Automatic pulp molding Tableware Production Line, around 3~4 ton per day capacity.
2. It produces high quality pulp molded products, such as tableware, art ware, disposable medical care products, high quality industrial package, etc.
3. The production line is constituted by a hydrapulper system, a semi automatic thermoforming machine(forming/drying/pressing integrative machine), and auxiliary equipments.
4. Take sugarcane pulp or reeds pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp and other clean paper pulp as raw material, 100% biodegradable.

Working Processes:
Pulping System: Clean virgin paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration through pulping screening, grinding and addition of chemical agents.Including: pupler, grinder, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, consistency and control cabinet.
Forming And Hot-Pressing System (with the function of forming, drying, hot pressing and stacking): The pulp is vacuumized into products on forming mold, then products are transferred to hot pressing mold, after drying and hot pressing processes; the products can be transferred and stacked by workers or by robot arms.
Vacuum System: Supply vacuum for forming machine.
Air Compressor System: Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Cementing Machine & Laminating Machine: Some products need coating, labeling, punching or printing, NANYA can provide the corresponding machines.
Cutting System(Edge Trimming Machine): Cutting the extra edges of products, to get more compact and neat edge.
Disinfect System: UV or microwave disfect, then go to package.
