Automatic Glove Making Machine Cotton Glove / Fabric Glove Ironing And Forming

Introduction

High speed automatic cotton glove/fabric glove ironing and forming machine is designed for the industrial fabric gloves factories which have a big volume output.

The machine normally equipped with three or four pairs of glove heating forms with heating wire inside. The heating detector inside of the irons will transfer the current temperature to the PLC control where shows the accurate degree of the forms. When the temperature reaches the point we set up, the heating wire will stop working. So the irons' temperature will remain all the same during the whole working time.

The machine is quite easy to operate, the operator just needs to put the glove on the irons, the machine will heat and form the glove in good shape automatically and then take it off the irons with a capture device and press it flat.
