NJP-1200 Automatic hard capsule filling machine
The process layout and design of the filling machine are up to date and optimization, and minimize the time that powder exposure in the air and possibility that the powder spills.
The working part of the filling machine isolates from outside to free from pollution, and is easily cleaned and disassembled.
According to the technique features of products, all parts that contact with medicine and capsules use stainless steel materials with high-quality which is smooth and even on the surface, and easy to clean and disinfect, moreover, it doesn’t cause adsorption and chemical reactions with products. It meets the correlative standards of Chinese GMP, EU and FDA.
With new and unique fully enclosed design, the lubricant that equipment uses doesn’t in contact with product so that the product doesn’t be polluted from oil.
All moving parts are made by CNC manufacturing center with high accuracy, small noise and wear, meeting Ergonomics standard.
