In 2018, Drew came to Shanghai to participate in the Frankfurt exhibition. We met and exchanged ideas with each other and deepened friendship. Drew was a very gentleman who left a very deep impression on us. He also appreciated our service very much. Since then, he has become our long-term stable customer, placing orders 2-3 times a year.

First of all, I am very grateful to our customer Drew for choosing to cooperate with GUOMAT. After a long-term visit and consultation, American customer Drew initially entered GUOMAT based on an order for 500 G3013 air springs. This is GUOMAT's products going abroad again to serve global cooperation. But the cooperation process between us is very tortuous.

Based on past experience, we clearly know that American customers have very high requirements for product quality and company strength, and the degree of strictness is almost harsh. After a long time of research and understanding, Drew has a preliminary recognition of us, and also has a strong interest in high matte products, so we provide customers with three samples, the customer received the samples after the measurement, Gao Matt The product is quite satisfactory and puts forward higher requirements. Customers should sort out the specific requirements one by one. The customer service staff of GUOMAT are detailed, and actively contact the company's senior production engineer, promptly submit feedback and consultation on the situation, and try our best to provide satisfaction with Drew products.

Before Drew officially placed the order, Drew sent us a factory agreement of up to ten pages. It will take half a day to check the customer's factory agreement in detail. After the signing of the agreement, the American customer sent product specifications and detailed product details. After many exchanges, the customer has a high degree of recognition of our company's strength and product quality. Therefore, we formally signed a cooperation contract.

U.S. customers use our prepayment method. We first produce three product samples that meet customer needs in accordance with customer requirements and send them to Drew in the United States for confirmation. During this period, Drew also plans to go to our factory for inspection, and we have made active preparations for Drew to study the project. When the samples were sent to the United States, they were tested by Drew and found that the samples met the customer's requirements, which resulted in the mass production of 500 orders.

Currently, the delivery date is not far away. Due to time constraints, according to the last production cycle, we could not complete the quantity of 500 at all. This kind of trouble reappeared, customers were eager to need goods, but in any case, we were unable to produce 500 products in a short period of time. After consulting, the client asked us to send him 200 planes first, and then to the rest of the sea. If we bear the cost of air transportation, it means that the transaction will be a meager profit, but to use the company's first service concept, we still have to do this. Agree to the customer's request.

200 kinds of products were produced well. The customer sent her Shanghai agent Sally to Guangzhou to inspect and visit the factory. Sally watched the factory and completed the production of the goods, and reported the actual situation to the American customer. Then, the American customer found The color pressure ring of our zinc is thicker than the color of the previous sample, and the pressure ring will be slightly bent and deformed when it is fastened, and everything else meets the requirements. Although this slight defect has no effect on the use of the product. However, in the end, American customers rejected the batch of products.
