Product Description
HRZ-6000M egg tray machine is 45°rotary intermittent motion of 8 faces rotary machine, this type of machine is the leading technology product in China.
The pulp suction pipe and blow pipe of 8 working faces are connected with molding frame& mold, and then connect the total pipeline by gas distribution device. The forming and transfer mould frame are drive by adjustable-speed motor and reducer through slot wheel intermittent mechanism driving part, the transfer mould drive robot arm to do 45°reciprocating motion by reducer.
This egg tray machine can produce 6000pcs/hour egg trays, this machine can produce egg tray & fruit tray& cup tray & industrial products packaging etc, the capacity according to the size of finished product.
